Supported layouts and dates
Register: one certificate per row with Person (or Name / Employee / Staff ID), Course (or Certificate / Training), and Expiry (or Renewal date / Review date). Blank expiry cells are flagged for review.
Wide matrix: a Person column and a separate expiry-date column for each course. Blank and N/A course cells are skipped, not treated as evidence of missing training. CertKeep’s Excel template is supported.
Use actual Excel dates, YYYY-MM-DD or UK DD/MM/YYYY. Only the selected worksheet is assessed. Formula results use the last value saved by your spreadsheet; this tool does not recalculate formulas.
Keep this to staff IDs, course titles and dates. Do not paste medical information, DBS results, passwords or identity documents.

A date check, not a compliance verdict
The check uses the expiry or review dates you enter and the review date shown. It cannot tell whether a qualification is genuine, whether all required training is present or whether someone is authorised for a task. Confirm those details with the issuing scheme, your risk assessment and the organisation responsible for the work.
Your working file stays with you
The spreadsheet is processed in this page. Assessed rows, date edits and filters stay in this tab for 30 minutes after your last change, so you can refresh or return without starting again. The original workbook and unused worksheets are not kept. Choose Review & save to carry a browser draft through sign-in, check duplicates and space, then confirm what to add to your private account. Single-record entries stay in the current page until you choose that save action; they are not kept across a refresh before then. Clear the result when finished, especially on a shared device. Downloaded files remain wherever your browser saves them. The privacy notice explains optional visit analytics and hosting logs.
