Supported layouts and dates
Register: one certificate per row with Person (or Name / Employee / Staff ID), Course (or Certificate / Training), and Expiry (or Renewal date / Review date). Blank expiry cells are flagged for review.
Wide matrix: a Person column and a separate expiry-date column for each course. Blank and N/A course cells are skipped, not treated as evidence of missing training. CertKeep’s Excel template is supported.
Use actual Excel dates, YYYY-MM-DD or UK DD/MM/YYYY. Only the selected worksheet is assessed. Formula results use the last value saved by your spreadsheet; this tool does not recalculate formulas.
Keep this to staff IDs, course titles and dates. Do not paste medical information, DBS results, passwords or identity documents.

Paste your cells or open a spreadsheet. The register and date flags appear here automatically.
A chart for your next weekly review
Paste the headings and rows, or choose an Excel or CSV file. Use the search and status filters to select a team, then print the chart or choose Save as PDF in your browser’s print dialog. A large selection can span several pages.
The chart groups overdue dates, dates from today to 30 days, dates from 31 to 90 days, and missing dates. It prints at most 60 matching rows; additional rows and dates outside the window are counted explicitly. Narrow the selection if the chart omits anything you need.
Keep the review private and current
Files and pasted cells stay in your browser for the preview and printout. Saving to an account is a separate choice, followed by sign-in and a private import review. Printed copies and PDFs are under your control. Use staff IDs where appropriate, keep the chart in a suitable private place and replace old copies after dates change. This does not verify cards, determine required training or send automatic reminders.
