CERTKEEP / Driver CPC dates

Keep the card date separate from the course dates.

A course completion does not, by itself, tell you when the driver’s qualification card expires. Keep the actual card date visible and check the official hours record when planning periodic training.

A review you can repeat.

  1. Record the qualification card’s checked expiry. If you also log individual courses, give each its own row rather than replacing the card date.
  2. Check hours using the official service and confirm the current National or International route for the driver’s work. The general periodic-training requirement is 35 hours every five years; eligibility and exceptions need an official check.
  3. Choose a review lead time that leaves room for arranging training. CertKeep can download calendar dates, but it does not submit hours to DVSA or DVA.
