Which drawings do not match?

Outer spaces are trimmed. Revision and status values are compared exactly. Duplicate numbers are flagged for review, with no automatic choice of a preferred row.
Read the columns in both registers to enable comparison.
Need to repeat this on the next drawing issue?
We are testing whether teams need a paid repeat-comparison service. Tell Aidan, CertKeep’s founder, which part of your current process still needs work. This free tool is available now; a managed service is being investigated and is not included in CertKeep Pro.

A comparison you can trace to its sources
The report includes each register’s row references and the values compared. A revision difference does not tell you which issue is latest, approved or required. Confirm the matching rules and the purpose of each issue with the people responsible for the project.
Use the exports you already have
Export the two registers as UTF-8 CSV, or paste cells with their column headings. Compare one project or package at a time. Up to 500 drawing rows, 30 columns and 300 KB per register. Drawing numbers keep their leading zeros. The tool does not read drawing PDFs, connect to a document platform or change either source.
Your register contents stay in this tab
Files and pasted cells are processed in your browser. This tool does not save them to an account or keep them in browser storage. Clear the page or refresh when finished. Downloaded reports remain on your device. Optional action counts contain fixed labels only, with no drawing numbers, filenames or report contents. See the privacy notice.
