CERTKEEP / Certificate expiry tracker

A certificate expiry tracker built around the dates you already keep.

If the problem is not delivering training but remembering which certificate expires next, start with the register you already have. CertKeep helps you review expiry dates, missing dates and upcoming renewals without forcing a new course system on the team.

A review you can repeat.

  1. Open the spreadsheet you already use, or paste a few rows into the free checker. CertKeep groups the dates you enter into expired, due soon, missing date and current so you can see where the next follow-up belongs.
  2. Check the result against the original certificate or official scheme before acting. A date tracker can organise what you have entered; it cannot prove that a qualification is genuine, current or appropriate to the work.
  3. If the preview helps, carry the reviewed rows through sign-in and save them in a private register. Free holds up to 10 records. Pro holds up to 1,000 records with CSV export and calendar downloads.
  4. Make the register part of a repeatable review. Update a row when renewed evidence is checked and export a fresh calendar file after dates change. CertKeep does not send automatic renewal emails.
